The following is a checklist of documents needed when submitting an application to a lender.

You will require copies of:

• Drivers Licence showing your current address. (Front and Back)
• Two other forms of ID (passport, credit card, debit card, boat licence etc.)
• Current council rates notice or two current rent receipts.
• Two most recent payslips, or fully signed letter of employment/contract.
• If you are self-employed, please supply your most current profit and loss statement and your balance sheets. Your latest tax return can be no older than 2 years.
• Name, address and telephone numbers of two friends or relatives who do NOT live with you, for references.

Other Requirements (if applicable)

• Full comprehensive car insurance details. A certificate of currency is required with the finance company name stated. (Moneys will NOT be released without this form).
• Confirmation of banking details, showing account name, BSB number, account number and account holders name. (This will be for your direct debit authority).

For Refinance Loans

You will also need:

• Last 6 months of loan statements of ANY loans being refinanced
• Current payout figure or loan balance
• Copy of current finance contract
